ActivTraining™ Objectives
The ActivTraining™ objective is to deliver a framework that is:
- Oriented to the immediate/quick results (the traditional learning programs focus on the knowledge buildup with time)
- Simple and easy to implement
- Inexpensive
- Automated
- Can be fully used as a standalone training tool by organizations that cannot implement a formal regular training program for some reason
Most importantly, the main objective is to make the employee an active participant in the training process.
