ActivTraining™ Requirements
ActivTraining™ focuses on the test and feedback as major training/learning tools and this requires that before an ActivTraining™ initiative is implemented the company standards (or the “rules of the game”) are:
- clearly set and stated
- easily available to the employees
As a minimum:
- An Employee Handbook outlining the corporate standards / organizational procedures must be available in a printed or online in the corporate intranet form (better both).
- A Product/Service Guide should be available, so employees can have a reference to the existing/new products/services and get self-training.
NOTE: It is possible that is the company does not have Employee Handbook or a form of Product/Service Guide the company can start from a simplified version and evolve it gradually. The ActivTraining™ program can evolve in synch.
