How does ActivTraining™ work?
With the ActivTraining™ methodology, the employees are subjected to frequent (monthly or bi-weekly) tests covering the essential aspects of their job, such as:
- knowledge about the products/services
- corporate standards for customer service / organizational procedures
- customer service and dealing with non-typical situations
