How does ActivTraining™ work?

With the ActivTraining™ methodology, the employees are subjected to frequent (monthly or bi-weekly) tests covering the essential aspects of their job, such as:

  • knowledge about the products/services
  • corporate standards for customer service / organizational procedures
  • customer service and dealing with non-typical situations
